These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) shall govern your (“You” or “Your”) access and use of the website located at www.monteach.co.il (the “Website”) an online resource for information related to Tslil Ben Baruch and her venture – monTeach (“We” or “monTeach”) activities, products and services. By using or accessing the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and you also certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
You agree that we may change any part of the Website, including its content, at any time or discontinue the Website or any part thereof, for any reason, without notice to you and without liability. You declare that by acceptance of these Terms and/or by using the Website, you are of legal age to form a binding contract with monTeach. If you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms on behalf of your employer or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such entity to these Terms. If you do not have the requisite authority, you may not accept these Terms or use the Website on behalf of your employer or other entity. You may not use the Website and may not accept these Terms if you are a person barred from using the Website under the laws of the country in which you are a resident or from which you use the Website.
We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer our services to any person or entity. We further may, without notice and in our sole discretion, terminate your right to use the Website, or any portion thereof, and block or prevent your future access to and use of the Website or any portion thereof.
If you violate these Terms, monTeach reserves the right to issue you a warning regarding the violation or to immediately terminate or suspend your use of the Website. You agree that monTeach does not need to provide you notice before terminating or suspending your use of the Website, but it may provide such notice in its sole discretion.
Description of the Website
The Website is an online resource for information related to the Montessori method of education, which is a system of education for children that seeks to develop natural interests and activities rather than use formal teaching methods. The Website offers free content as well as other content (literature, videos, and other teaching tools), which can be purchased online. MonTeach does not assume any responsibility to any content which is published, displayed and/or suggested through the Website, its integrity, accuracy and/or reliability. MonTeach cannot guarantee that the Website will always function without disruptions, delay or errors.
Access to the Website
It is your responsibility to ensure your computer or mobile device meets all the necessary technical specifications to enable you to access and use the Website. monTeach does not provide you with the equipment to access and/or use our Website. monTeach cannot guarantee that the Website will always function without disruptions, delay or errors. Several factors may impact the quality of your communications and use of the Website and may fail your communications, including, without limitation, your local network, firewall, your internet service provider, the public internet, and your power supply. monTeach takes no responsibility for any disruption, interruption or delay caused by any failure of or inadequacy in any of these items or any other items over which we have no control. You are responsible for all fees charged by third parties related to your access and use of the Website (e.g., charges by internet service providers or air time charges).
Account Information
Your use of the Website may require the creation of an account (“Account”). During the process of creating an Account, you may be required to insert your E-mail address and choose a password to enable your future login to the Website (“Login Information”). The following rules govern the security of your Account and Login information. For the purposes of these Terms, references to Account and Login information shall include any account and account information, including user names, passwords or security questions created for the purpose of using the Website.
- You shall not share your Account or Login Information, nor let anyone else access your Account or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your Account.
- In the event you become aware of or reasonably suspect any breach of security, including, without limitation any loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your Login Information or unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify monTeach and modify your Login Information;
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Information, and you will be responsible for all uses of your Login Information, including purchases, whether or not authorized by you;
- You are responsible for anything that happens through your Account, whether or not such actions were taken by you, including, for the avoidance of doubt, actions taken by third parties. You therefore acknowledge that your Account may be terminated if someone else uses it to engage in any activity that violates these Terms or is otherwise improper or illegal;
- You undertake to monitor your Account and restrict use by any individual barred from accepting these Terms and/or accessing or using the Website, under the provisions listed herein or any applicable law. You shall accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the Website by any of the above mentioned; and
- monTeach reserves the right to remove or reclaim any usernames at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to claims by a third party that a username violates such third party’s rights.
Payment; Cancellations
In consideration for the purchase of certain products and/or services through the Website, Customer shall pay the prices as described on the Website. Payment on the Website will be made by a valid credit card. If monTeach is for any reason unable to effect automatic payment via Customer’s credit card, monTeach will attempt to notify Customer via email and Customer’s Account will be disabled until payment is received. All fees payable under these Terms are non-refundable, net amounts and are payable in full, without any deduction of any kind including for taxes and/or duties. In addition, no amounts shall be set off by Customer for any reason whatsoever.
Prior to delivery, Customer may cancel any order/purchase on the Website in by sending a request by email to: tslilsela@gmail.com. Such cancellation notice should be made within 14 days of making the order and at least 2 working days before the delivery date. Following delivery, order/purchases on the Website will not be cancellable or refundable, due to the fact that they are at risk of being copied or reproduced (e.g. literature, videos, etc.).
Account Termination
monTeach may refuse access to the Website or may terminate your Account without notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, a suspected violation of these Terms, illegal or improper use of your Account, or illegal or improper use of the Website, or monTeach’s intellectual property as determined by monTeach in its sole discretion. You may lose your user name as a result of Account termination, without responsibility on the part of monTeach for any damage that may result from the foregoing. If you have more than one Account, monTeach may terminate all of your Accounts.
Intellectual Property Ownership
Without derogating from any other terms herein, monTeach and/or its affiliates retain all rights in the Website and its materials (including, but not limited to, applications, software, designs, graphics, texts, information, pictures, video, sound, music, and other files, and their selection and arrangement) (collectively, “Website Materials”). The entire contents of the Website are protected by applicable copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and other laws protecting intellectual property and related proprietary rights. You shall not, nor shall you cause any other party to modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, transfer, create derivative works from, rent, sub-license, distribute, reproduce framed, republish, scrape, download, display, transmit, post, lease or sell in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, use for any purpose other than for using the Website pursuant to these Terms or otherwise exploit any of the Website Materials without monTeach’s explicit, prior written consent. Any reproduction or redistribution of materials not in accordance with these Terms is explicitly prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
monTeach and/or its licensors and affiliates own all right, title, and interest, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights, in and to all the Website Materials. You hereby acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Website or by accessing any of the Website Materials, or rights to any derivative works thereof.
Third Party Material; Links
You may be able to access, review, display or use third party Website, resources, content, information or links to other websites or resources (the “Third Party Materials”) via the Website. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume any and all risks arising from your access to, use of or reliance upon any such Third Party Materials, and monTeach disclaims any liability that you may incur arising from your access to, use of or reliance upon such Third Party Materials through the Website. You acknowledge and agree that monTeach: (i) is not responsible for the availability, accuracy integrity, quality or lawfulness of such Third Party Materials or the products or Website on or available from such Third Party Materials; (ii) has no liability to you or any third party for any harm, injuries or losses suffered as a result of your access to or use of such Third Party Materials; and (iii) does not make any promises to remove Third Party Materials from being accessed through the Website. Your ability to access or link to Third Party Materials or a third party Website does not imply any endorsement by monTeach of Third Party Materials or any such third party Website.
These Terms do not authorize you to, and you may not use any Third Party Materials except as expressly permitted by the owners of such Third Party Materials and such owners may have the right to seek damages against you for any unauthorized use of their Third Party Materials.
Without derogating from any of monTeach’s rights and remedies under these Terms and/or under law, monTeach will be entitled, at its sole discretion, to immediately discontinue the Website or any part thereof, in the event of any alleged infringement, misappropriation or violation of any rights of any third parties in connection with the Third Party Materials.
You may not use any Third Party Materials for which you have not obtained appropriate approval to use. monTeach cannot grant permission to use third party content.

Any claim or dispute between you and monTeach that arises in whole or in part from your use of the Website shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Tel-Aviv, Israel, to the exclusion of any other courts, and you hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-convenience with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the courts of Tel-Aviv, Israel. monTeach reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly for any changes. Your use of the Website following any amendment of these Terms will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms. www.monteach.co.il (the “Website”) an online resource for information related to Tslil Ben Baruch and her venture – monTeach (“MonTeach” “we”, “our”, “us”) respect our users (“you”, “your”) concerns about privacy. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we treat any personally identifiable information you may provide to us via your use of the services/products offered by MonTeach – an online resource for information related to the Montessori method of education (the “Services”) via the Website. MonTeach may collect data and information, which is not Personal Identifiable Information, on the use of the Services in various methods as detailed herein. Such information may include, inter alia information regarding non-personal usage statistics, information regarding your browsing history and web activities and other information regarding the use of the Services. MonTeach purpose is to ensure the quality of the Services, enrich the offerings of Services available to you and improve the performance of the Services, as described below.
Cookies and Web Beacons. Like most websites, we may utilize “cookies” and “web beacons” to, provide a more user-friendly, effective and secure service. Facebook Plugins. The Services integrate plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Users can recognize Facebook-plugins by the Facebook-Logo or the addition “Facebook Social Plugin” or the “Like-Button” (“Like”) on our pages. If a user interacts with the plugins, e. g. by clicking on the Facebook “Like-Button” or entering a comment, while being logged in to such user’s Facebook-Account, a user links the contents of the Website pages to her Facebook-profile. Thereby Facebook can correlate a user’s visit of the Website page with such user’s account. MonTeach as the provider of the Services does not have any knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its usage by Facebook. Google Analytics. MonTeach may use Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’, text files that are saved on your computer and allow your use of the Services to be analyzed. The information about your visit collected by the cookie (including your IP address) is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. You can prevent the installation of the cookies by entering the corresponding settings in your browser software. We may use the email address you provide to us to send you notifications, updates, newsletters or information regarding the Services and any features.
Sharing of Personal Information by MonTeach. We do not sell or rent your Personal Identifiable Information to third parties. We may share your Personal Identifiable information only with third party service providers to provide you with the features and services. Access to your Personal Identifiable Information by these contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary to perform their limited function for us. MonTeach neither controls nor endorses such third party websites, and has neither reviewed nor approved any content that appears thereon or the privacy practices of such third parties.
